Privacy

Other Potential Actions

These are the potential actions we may take:

Non-compliance, penalties and termination

If we suspect that you have breached these Rules, we have the right to lock, refuse to open and/or permanently close the player’s account at our discretion and without prior notice. You can close your account at any time only by contacting support directly in the website chat.

When you want to close your account:

  • 1)  You must contact support and specifically request for the closing of your account.
  • 2)  You must explain the reason for closing your account.
  • 3)  The support team will check your request and close your account.

Responsible gaming

Registration

Bonuses

Any Bonus is only available per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and / or IP address. Bonus can vary, change or be available again every 24 hours, depending on your gaming hierarchy or randomly.

Some bonuses must be manually activated. Unless stated otherwise you can do this after logging into your account and depositing the amount required to access the Bonus. Irregular Play

Complaints

Our aim is to give the best customer experience in the industry, therefore we hope that you should have no complaints. If your complaint is not resolved by the customer service team you can escalate your complaint by asking for the supervisor. When you contact us, you will not make statements which:

    We record or keep copies of all communications that you have with our support agents.
    You will not collude in any way through the chat rooms or through any other communication channel.
    If you breach any of the provisions relating to the chat facility, we may immediately close your account.
    Anti-money laundering reporting
    As a gaming operator we need to comply with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and any associated Regulations. We shall check all transactions and report any suspicious transaction to the relevant competent authorities.
    If you become aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games on the website, you must report this to us immediately by contacting our customer support.

No Bots/Artificial Intelligence

You are furthermore prohibited from sharing any legitimately gathered data with other players.
  • 6)  Provides real-time advice on the action to take during play (including ICM analysis tools)
  • 7)  Attempts to block any of our fraud and cheating detection mechanisms.

No Collusion

It is prohibited for players to act as a team, with or without prior explicit agreement, to the actual or possible detriment of other players in the game. You must:
